I'm very much looking forward to this one. I had previously been skeptical of it because, hey, how can you beat the BBC version with Colin Firth? How can you do this wonderful book in 2 hours? But two Jane Austen fans (notice I said Jane Austen FANS, not Jane Austen FANATICS) have told me they really liked the movie, so I'm set to go. The Wonder Woman is my companion this evening, and we look forward to sipping our Starbucks and falling in love with Mr. Darcy all over again.

OOOO! Do let me know how it is. I am one of her FANATICS so, I too was a bit skeptical, so I look forward to hearing your review of it! I have to say though, my favorite is still Sense & Sensibility -- for the time being.
Yeah, I do like that Mr. Knightly, too. I might have to allow myself to re-read one of these books... I put a limit on myself. I'm only allowed to read them once a year. I don't want to memorize them. =)
I hear ya! I think I am close to having them memorized, but oh well, I still enjoy them.
I loved all the music that Ang Lee used in Sense & Sensibility so much (the piece that Kate Winslet's character plays) that I searched until I found it. That was what I was trying to play yesterday when the girls decided they should play too.
