Playlists

I think I've touched on this topic before, but since I seem to be boring the heck out of my audience =), I think I will try to turn to mass media.

Here's my workout play list:
Beautiful Day - U2
Piranas Are a Very Tricky Species - Mark Mothersbaugh
All I Want - Toad the Wet Sprocket
Brian Wilson - Barenaked Ladies
Whatever I Fear - Toad the Wet Sprocket
Everyday Is a Winding Road - Sheryl Crow
Pride (In the Name of Love) - U2
Two Steps - Dave Matthews Band
Head Over Feet - Alanis Morriset
I Did It - Dave Matthews' Band
Zoo Station - U2
Kiss Me - Sixpence None The Richer
Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic - Sting and the Police
Desert Rose - Sting
Where the Streets Have No Name - u2

What are some songs on your workout lists?

Working out? What is that? Good for you, though. What are you doing?

I only have 1 kid, so I run with the jog stroller. After #2, who knows. =)

Currently, my "playlist" is From the Earth to the Moon by Jules Verne. It's surprisingly both more boring and more interesting than I expected.

I must ask a serious question though, in the Sixpence None The Richer Song "Kiss Me", what do you make of the fact the the boy she is singing about has a "flowered hat"? I mean could you kiss a man who wore, liked, or even possesed a flowered hat?

The first time I heard the song it went something like this...

(Radio playing)
Kiss me
down by the broken tree house
Swing me upon its hanging tire
Bring, bring, bring your flowered hat
(Me) Wait..flowered hat?! What the..

Maybe he's a chef... it could be "floured hat." I always find ways around disturbing lyrics. =)
