Okay, so what's up with the hair?

My child is either a Muppet or a Beatle. I know, I should probably cut her hair more often, but all I gots ta say is, "YOU try it." =) So the child walks around looking like Animal or Ringo.

"Well, why not try brushing it? Or clips? Or pony tails?" you say. You are right. Very useful things, those brushes and hair tools! When I can wrestle or distract the child, these work relatively well. However, within about 2-3 hours, the clip or rubber-band is long gone or just falling out. So back we go to Muppet-tastic.

Love the static hair on the slide! Cosette will sit still for quick hair fixes, but her problem is TOO much hair... she constantly gets food in it. I'm afraid to cut it, but it's almost to her waist already (curls up much shorter, of course)!

Okay, I don't know if this is an option for you, but I just cut Kayla's hair shortish and it kinda does that just-rolled-out-of-bed thing too... I have just started spritzing it down and blow drying it into a style when I get her ready in the morning. That way, I don't have to mess with barrettes and rubber bands (although she is one of the rare kids that does sit still while I do her hair and leaves it alone!) It looks really cute and is nice and straight and smooth. I find that it keeps for awhile too.

Yeah, Lucy runs from the blow-dryer! =) But I'm hoping to get it cut sometime soon from the lady that used to cut my hair... she does a good job, and she did cut Lucy's hair once before. I'd love to see a picture of Kayla's hair for ideas.

Cosette's hair is amazing, Wendy! It's sooo pretty!
